What if I can’t attend my regular lesson?
Cancellations for all other reasons except lightning, including but not limited to sickness, injury or travel must be made at least eight hours before the scheduled lesson to receive a credit (for the full value of the lesson fee) that can be used to offset the next month’s fees. If the cancellation is made less than eight hours before the start of the scheduled lesson, the client will be charged in full and no credit will be issued.
Students are entitled to 2 free cancellations per calendar month.

What is the wet weather plan at SwimTwins?
Lessons can proceed as long as there is no lightning at the lesson venue. In the event of lightning at the lesson venue, clients must make the cancellation at least one hour before the start of the scheduled lesson, in order to receive a credit (for the full value of the lesson fee) that can be used to offset the next month’s fees.
If the cancellation is not made one hour before the start of the scheduled lesson, the coach will make his/her way to the lesson venue and no credit will be issued regardless of whether the lesson happens. Students are entitled to 2 free cancellations per calendar month. These cancellations include cancellations due to lightning and for all other reasons.

What do I need to bring for my child’s lesson?
Goggles and a swimsuit are all your child needs for the lesson! We will provide all the other equipment required.

What is a suitable age for my child to begin swimming lessons?
We teach babies from 6 months up! Our programs are tailored to each individual student in accordance with their age group and swimming ability.

Do I need to accompany my child in the water?
We only require parents to accompany their child for group baby classes (6 months to 2 yrs of age).

What if my regular coach is not available for lessons?
While every effort will be made to ensure that the same assigned coach conducts the lessons weekly, a replacement coach will be appointed if the assigned coach is unable to conduct the lesson. These changes will be reflected on our online booking platform, Udio.

How are fees paid?
Fees are payable in advance at the time of enrollment and, subsequently, on the 1st of every month thereafter based on the number of weekly lessons during that month.
Payment can be made via Paynow to SwimTwins UEN 202204948K or with a credit card via Udio, our booking platform.

Why should I choose SwimTwins?
Our team of coaches all extremely well-trained. Many of which were national swimmers, and all adore kids! Whilst our lessons are very particular and focused on teaching proper technique, we also strive to create a fun learning environment for the students.

Do you offer trial lessons?
Yes, we do offer trial lessons. Each student is entitled to purchase a single trial class before they commit to purchasing a package.

How many times a week should my child swim?
We do fixed weekly lessons with the students to ensure consistency. For older children, we recommend increasing to twice a week.

Can I watch my child’s lesson?
Yes, certainly you can watch the kids during lesson time!

At what age will my child be able to swim on their own?
All children progress differently and begin to swim at varying ages, and so it is impossible to provide a definitive age in which a child will be able to swim on their own.

Am I able to buy an individual class instead of a package?
